Pharmacy loyalty program

A loyalty program that brings customers back to your counter

Regular customers are the backbone of a medical store. MedBox24 gives them points on every bill and a reason to come back — and shows you what those points cost.

Rules in plain words

Decide what a point is worth and how points are earned, and MedBox24 writes the rule in one line your staff can repeat at the counter. Every rule can still be changed.

  • Points for every ₹ spent
  • Value of a point and the most a bill can take
  • Expiry, tiers and birthday points

Earned and used at the counter

Pick the customer on the bill and points are worked out on their own. Using points takes money off the bill, within the limit you set.

  • Points earned shown before the bill is saved
  • Use points as a discount
  • A return takes back the points of that bill

Customers see their own points

The bill’s WhatsApp message carries the customer’s own link. It opens their points, last bill and history — with no app and no sign-up. A QR at the counter explains how points work.

  • A private link per customer
  • Counter QR card to print
  • Your shop’s logo on the page

What points cost you

MedBox24 shows points issued, used and expired, and the liability — what you would give away if every point were used.

  • Issued, redeemed, expired
  • Outstanding points and liability
  • Customers with points about to expire

Questions

Do customers need to install an app?

No. Their points open from the link in the bill’s WhatsApp message, in any phone browser.

Can someone see another person’s points?

No. Each customer has a private link; the counter QR shows only how points work. A link sent to the wrong number can be replaced, and the old one stops opening.

Which plan has loyalty points?

Loyalty is part of the Pro plan, and open in the free trial.

Is there a signup bonus?

No. A customer starts at zero and earns from the first bill; you can add points by hand with a reason.
