Doctor appointments at your medical store, in the same app as your bills

Many medical stores host doctors who sit on fixed days. MedBox24 books tokens for each sitting, takes the fee, keeps your commission apart and shows what you owe each doctor — no separate register.

Each doctor’s days and fees

Set the days and times each doctor sits, the fee, your commission (a percentage or a fixed amount) and how many days a follow-up stays free.

  • Different days and times per doctor
  • Fee and your commission per doctor
  • Free follow-up days

Tokens in order

Book by the patient’s phone or name — an existing customer is found as you type. Each sitting gives tokens in order, with an approximate time for each.

  • Next sittings shown as buttons
  • Token number and approximate time
  • Arrived, seen or no-show at a tap

Fees without confusion

Take the fee in cash, UPI or card — now, or when the patient arrives. Each fee shows what the shop collects, what it keeps and what goes to the doctor. A fee taken by mistake can be undone for ten minutes.

  • Shop collects, shop keeps, doctor gets — on screen
  • Confirm before money is taken
  • Undo within ten minutes

What you owe each doctor

Doctors’ money adds up every fee collected, takes out your commission and what you have already paid, and shows what is still to pay. Doctor fees are part of the day close.

  • Collected − commission = doctor’s share
  • Share − paid = still to pay
  • Doctor fees counted in the day close

Questions

Which plan has doctor appointments?

Appointments are part of the Pro plan, and open in the free trial.

Can a patient book for someone else?

Yes. The booking takes the phone number and the patient’s name, so a son can book for his father.

Does a follow-up visit charge again?

Not within the free days you set for that doctor — MedBox24 marks the visit as a free follow-up.

Is the fee mixed with my medicine sales?

No. Doctor fees are kept apart from bills; the day close shows them on their own line.
