Pharmacy inventory software

Pharmacy inventory software that knows every batch

Know what is on the shelf, where it is, and when it expires. MedBox24 keeps stock by batch, rack and unit — strips, loose tablets, bottles and more.

MedBox24 products list with stock, expiry, MRP, rack and value at cost

A real MedBox24 screen

Stock by batch, not just by name

Every purchase adds a batch with its expiry, MRP and rate. Billing takes the batch that expires first, so old stock leaves the shelf first.

  • Batch, expiry, MRP and rate per batch
  • First-expiry-first-out at billing
  • Value at cost and at MRP

Strips and loose tablets

Set how a product is bought, sold and counted — a box of strips, a strip of 15 tablets. Sell a whole strip or a few tablets, and stock stays exact.

  • Purchase unit, sale unit and base unit
  • Loose sale when you allow it
  • Bottles, tubes, vials, packs and more

Racks so anyone can find it

Give each batch a rack like A-2-1. The rack shows at billing, so a new staff member finds the medicine as fast as you do.

  • Rack on every batch
  • Rack shown in search and on the bill line
  • Rack-wise view of the shop

Reorder before you run out

Set a reorder level per product. The reorder list shows what is low or out, grouped by the last supplier, ready to share.

  • Reorder level per product
  • Out-of-stock and low-stock lists
  • Buy list by supplier

Every change has a reason

Breakage, damage or a count difference goes in as an adjustment with a reason, and the movement ledger shows every change to stock.

  • Adjustments with reason
  • Approval for write-offs
  • Stock movement ledger

Questions

Can I import my existing stock?

Yes. The Excel template takes your products with batch, expiry, quantity, MRP and rate, and brings them in together.

Does it handle loose tablets?

Yes. A product can be sold by the strip or by the tablet, and stock is counted in tablets so it is always exact.

How does reorder work?

Set a reorder level for a product. When stock falls below it, the product appears on the reorder list with its last supplier.

Can I sell items that never expire?

Yes. Devices like a BP monitor or a thermometer can be marked as having no expiry, so it is never asked.
